'Tunisia needs comprehensive constitutional reform, and the return of power to the people through direct election of the heads of the executive, judicial, and prosecutorial branches in alternating years, and elections for 1/4 of the legislative seats each year. The president should serve one five-year term and not be allowed to run again for six years. During this period, all compensation and benefits shall remain unchanged.
