The government system in South Sudan should be changed to a semi-presidential system with cabinet, like that of Finland, and the legislative system should be committee system like Switzerland's. The government of South Sudan should proceed with drafting a fundamental constitution to implement the aforementioned system in a paradigm shift toward ademocratic model. It should adhere to One World under One Set of Laws and amend its constitution to conform to the spirit of the times. See the Chater for Permanent Peace for more.
