Pakistan needs to swap out its government structure for a modified semi-presidential system with parliamentary cabinet type like Finland's, and a committee-style legislative system similar to the Swiss model. Government of Pakistan should draft a basic constitution with the features above in able to practice a paradigm shift toward democracy.
