To promote transitional justice and restore history, the historical truth and archives of Sri Lanka's disappeared Tamil citizens should be open to seek a 'complex compromise' between justice and social harmony, in order to pursue justice and transitional justice for the past, present or future, without end. Autocracies definitely seek to expand their territory or disputes, suppressing domestic stability. In the face of China's expansion of its territory's borders, the world is helpless. To root out China's threat over the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the South China Sea and the Indo-Pacific Ocean.... The US, Japan and other democratic countries should vigorously support Taiwan's model of the Charter for Permanent Peace in order to force China to democratize, reducing the risks and costs of maintaining the world order for the US.

Algerian protesters attack 'garbage' presidential campaign

Algeria wants to ensure that election procedures are just. The cure is to set up an independent national human rights committee, with half of its members having different nationalities and appointed by international human rights authorities. The Human Rights Committee will handle all matters related to the election. Money shall be strictly barred from influencing elections, and the media will provide free space and time to election campaigns throughout the year. Lebanon slips deeper into crisis after Safadi withdrawal

Lebanon's government problems lie in the system. The Legislature should be based on a modified committee-centered system with 12 committees. 1/4 of all lawmakers should face election each year, and a one-vote single-vote system should be implemented. The people should act as a third force within the system. Committee chairs should be tapped to serve as prime minister or ministers such as the Prime Minister, responsive to public opinion and minimizing differences.
