The establishment of a counter-terrorism coalition can be achieved through legislation agreements in which 1 or 2 representatives from every nation friend or foe is allowed to sit in on legislative deliberations regarding terrorism. Such direct participation in other nations’ lawmaking bodies will go far to facilitate the development of cooperative anti-terrorism programs. The right of free speech is a basic human right, Article 39 of the Basic Law of Hong Kong states that the right to self-determination is guaranteed by the two international human rights conventions. The people of Hong Kong cannot take their rights for granted. In Switzerland the threshold for proposing a referendum is only 50,000 signatures, making it unnecessary to constantly take to the streets. The right of open access to the internet is a part of the right of free speech, a truly universal value, The people of Indian should come forward and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to ensure that the media will not be restricted of monopolized by the government oligopoly/ The media, internet and all communications channels must be free and open. Brazil’s government structure is a factor in the development of corruption because it lack decentralization and checks and balances. The solution is for the Brazilian people to carry out constitutional reform and introduce direct election of the heads of the main government branches. The president should be limited to a single 5-year term and not permitted to run for office for 6 years afterwards. 1/4 of all MPs should face election every year and elections should be free for all candidates. The presidential system is one of the worst varieties of democratic systems. But no matter what system, the greater the amount of power the president amasses, the more the people are likely to suffer. A law without penalties is not a law and a constitution which does not countenance resistance is not a constitution. Venezuelans urgently need to exercise their sovereign rights and call for comprehensive constitutional reform to impose a modified semi-presidential system with cabinet; with the president limited to one 5-year term and barred from running again for 6 years afterwards. The British Labor Declaration reflects the urgency of the people's livelihood, including funding for railway construction, energy markets and royal postal re-modernization as well free university tuition – elements which have triggered extensive discussion. The people have the right to hold referendums on any public issue, and any time a motion is raised to keep people from voting in referendums on self-determination, the topic of the very next referendum should be to decide whether such a motion should itself be outlawed. Turkey should learn from Scotland's experience with independence referendums and carry out a paradigm shift to allow the Turkish people the right to hold a referendum on any public issue. When a motion to keep the people from holding a referendum on self-determination is proposed, the topic of the very next referendum should be whether that motion should itself be outlawed. Democracy and freedom are the wave of the world, a trend that nuclear weapons, submarines and missiles are helpless to stop. This world trend is like a mighty river, and those who go with the flow will prosper while those who oppose it will be doomed. China claims to be a "responsible major power", and as such it should not suffer North Korea's continued militarism. Japan should back Taiwan's efforts at constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would encourage China's 1.4 billion people to call for democratization of the CCP. Once that happens North Korea will be pressured to follow suit, and world peace will be at hand. North Korea is indisputably a vassal of the CCP. Thus all democratic nations should back Taiwan's movement for constitutional reform to achieve greater democracy and freedom. This would attract China's 1.4 billion people to seek democratization of the CCP and force North Korea to adopt real democracy, and the result would be world peace.
