Conclusion:

One of the eternal peace requirements is the source of the justices. Comprising fifteen members with reference to §3 of the Treaty of the International Court of Justice, no two of whom shall be nationals of the same State. The only criterion for the judiciary to persuade the national and international to maintain universal justice and human order is to compare and contrast with the International Court of Justice. It is also a necessary condition for the liberation of the last 56 autocratic shackles of mankind.
